- 150g pork liver
Dairy
- 🥛 Enough milk to soak
Vegetables
- 30g ginger, julienned
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, a pinch
Cooking Oil
- 1.5 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- White sesame seeds, a pinch
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 2.5 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the pork liver into bite-sized pieces and soak in milk for 15–20 minutes to remove odor. Rinse with water and pat dry.
Julienne the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ginger and pork liver, stir-frying until the liver changes color and the oil is absorbed.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) to the pan. Mix well, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds.
