- 3 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 🥔 3 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Chili to taste

Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice thinly. Peel the potatoes, slice them thinly, and soak in water for about 5 minutes. Drain well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and stir-fry until translucent. Then, add the bell peppers and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add mirin and sake, bring to a boil, then add soy sauce and chili. Lightly stir-fry to combine and finish.
