- 100g chicken skin
- 🧅 1 leek (165g), cut into 3cm pieces
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the leek into 3cm pieces.

Cut the chicken skin into bite-sized pieces and coat with potato starch.

Place the chicken skin in a frying pan and cook over medium-low heat until the fat is rendered out. Remove excess oil.
