Vegetables
- 🍠 150g sweet potato, sliced
- 🎃 100g pumpkin, diced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Cheese Cream
- 50g cream cheese
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
Toppings
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🌰 Sliced almonds, as needed
BƯỚC
Slice the sweet potato into 2cm pieces and quarter them. Soak in water for 5 minutes and drain. Dice the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces.
Place the sweet potato and pumpkin on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, and sugar in a bowl to make the cheese cream.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sweet potato and pumpkin, and pan-fry for 3–4 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and let cool slightly.
Combine the pan-fried vegetables with the cheese cream in a bowl and mix well.
Plate the mixture, drizzle honey on top, and garnish with sliced almonds.
