- 🎃 1/4 pumpkin
Nuts
- 🌰 A handful of almonds
- 🌰 A handful of pine nuts
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp corn syrup

Clean the pumpkin thoroughly with coarse salt.
Peel the pumpkin skin if preferred, especially for children.
Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds. Use only 1/4 of the pumpkin.
Dice the pumpkin into cubes and sauté in olive oil until golden brown.
Add sugar, soy sauce, rice wine, and water to the pan and simmer.
Add almonds and pine nuts to the mixture.
Finish by adding corn syrup and stir well.
Serve the sweet pumpkin and nut braised dish warm or at room temperature.
