Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp barley gochujang
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- 🌰 1/3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/3 tbsp sesame oil

Prepare the spinach by cleaning and trimming it.
Blanch the spinach in boiling water with coarse salt.

Add the spinach to the seasoning mixture and toss well.
