Make a cut in the tarako and extract the contents.
Crack the egg into a bowl and mix. Add the tarako and mirin, then mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a small pot and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until crumbly.
Once the moisture has evaporated, transfer to a bowl and mix in white sesame seeds and chopped nori.
