- 1 piece tarako (40-50g)
Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Dairy
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
Liquids
- 💧 100ml water
Seasoning
- 2 tsp consomme powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
BƯỚC
Thinly slice the onion along the grain. Remove the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.
Make a cut in the tarako skin and remove the contents.
Heat olive oil in a pot, add onion and shimeji mushrooms, and sauté until softened.
Add milk and water to the pot and warm it up. Dissolve the consomme powder.
Add the cooked white rice and break it apart. Stir in tarako and pizza cheese until thickened. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
