- 🥚 100g silken tofu, cubed
- 50g mizuna, chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 400ml water

Cut the tofu into 1cm cubes.

Trim the roots of mizuna and chop into 3cm pieces.

Add all seasoning ingredients (☆) into a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Add tofu and let it simmer briefly.
