Main Ingredients
- 300g firm tofu
- 🍤 6 frozen shrimp
- 1/2 bunch garlic chives
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 150ml water

Wrap the firm tofu in kitchen paper to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the garlic chives into 4cm lengths.

In a pot, combine all the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil.

Add the tofu to the pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Then add the shrimp and garlic chives, cooking until the shrimp are fully cooked.
