Main Ingredients
- 🍗 2 chicken breasts
- 🍢 1/2 block tofu
- 🧅 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped paprika
- 🥦 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
Seasonings and Coatings
- 🧀 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 🍞 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp batter flour
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tsp pepper
- 🧂 1 tsp salt

Finely chop all ingredients including chicken breast, tofu, onion, paprika, and broccoli.
Mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, batter flour, salt, and pepper into the chopped mixture.
Add 1 egg to the mixture to bind it. If the mixture feels too dry, add another egg.
Shape the mixture into desired nugget shapes.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the nuggets until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the tofu chicken breast nuggets with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
