- 45g pure cocoa powder

BƯỚC
Preheat the oven to 170°C and line a baking mold with parchment paper.
In a food processor, add crumbled tofu, eggs, heavy cream, sugar, and 45g of cocoa powder. Blend until the tofu mixture is smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared mold and bake at 170°C for about 45 minutes.
Let the terrine cool in the mold, then refrigerate for at least half a day.
Remove the terrine from the mold, dust with cocoa powder, and garnish with strawberries, blueberries, and mint leaves.
