Main Ingredients
- 3 pieces aburaage (fried tofu skin)
Filling Ingredients
- 150g silken tofu
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 40g frozen edamame
- 80g ground chicken
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Cooking Sauce
- 80cc mentsuyu (2x concentrated)
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 200cc water
BƯỚC
Julienne the carrot. Cut aburaage in half horizontally and open into a pouch. Microwave the frozen edamame for 90 seconds at 600W, then remove from pods.
Mix all filling ingredients (☆) in a bowl and stuff the mixture into the aburaage pouches.
Combine all sauce ingredients (★) in a pot. Place the stuffed aburaage in the pot and simmer with a lid on medium heat for 10–15 minutes.
