    • 100g sliced pork
  • Vegetables

    • 1/2 bunch chives, 6cm pieces
    • 1/2 bag bean sprouts
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp oyster sauce

Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper and press to remove excess water. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the chives into 6cm pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced pork and stir-fry until the pork changes color.

Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes over medium heat. Then add tofu and chives, stir-frying for another 1–2 minutes.

Add the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce) and mix well. Serve immediately.
