Tofu
- 1/2 block firm tofu
Seafood
- 3 tbsp chirimen jako
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 2 shiso leaves, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
BƯỚC
Break the tofu into bite-sized pieces and wrap in kitchen paper to remove excess moisture. Cut the tomato into wedges and slice the shiso leaves.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry chirimen jako until crispy.
Add mentsuyu and vinegar to the pan and stir-fry with the chirimen jako until well combined. Arrange the tomato and tofu on a plate, top with crispy chirimen jako, and garnish with sliced shiso leaves.
