Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 2 leaves napa cabbage, chopped
Seafood
- 20g whitebait (shirasu)
Noodles
- 30g glass noodles
Liquid
- 💧 Sufficient water to soak noodles
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
BƯỚC
Dice the tomato and chop the napa cabbage into 2cm squares. Cut the glass noodles in half with scissors.
Place the glass noodles in a microwave-safe container with enough water to cover them. Add the napa cabbage, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a bowl, combine the noodles, napa cabbage, and all the seasonings (grated ginger, sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper). Mix well.
Add the diced tomato and whitebait (shirasu) to the bowl and gently mix.
