- 🧀 20g diced processed cheese
Tomato
- 🍅 12 mini tomatoes
Vegetables
- 🧅 15g minced green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
BƯỚC
Remove the stems from the mini tomatoes and pierce the opposite side with a toothpick.
Dice the processed cheese into 1cm cubes and mince the green onion.
Boil water in a pot, add the mini tomatoes, and cook for 1–1.5 minutes until the skin loosens. Transfer to cold water and peel the skin.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Add the peeled tomatoes, minced green onion, and diced cheese, then toss to combine.
