- 2 shiso leaves
Sauce
- 50g kimchi
- 1 tsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic

Cut the tomato in half vertically, remove the stem, and slice into wedges.

In a bowl, finely chop the kimchi using kitchen scissors. Add the remaining sauce ingredients and mix well. Toss in the tomato slices.

Remove the stems from the shiso leaves. Arrange the leaves on a plate and place the tomato kimchi mixture on top.
