- 150g tteokbokki rice cakes
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
BƯỚC
Slice the onion thinly.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Mix all the miso sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until its color changes.
Add tteokbokki and water, then stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until the rice cakes soften.
Add the onion and stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes until softened, then mix in the miso sauce.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
