- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🥑 1 whole avocado
- 🥬 4 lettuce leaves
- 1/2 pack radish sprouts
- 6-8 shiso leaves
Dressing
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
Cut tuna into 2cm cubes and toss with the dressing.
Cut avocado in half, remove the pit, peel, and dice into 2cm cubes.
Prepare the vegetables: trim radish sprouts, slice shiso leaves thinly, and tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Combine lettuce, radish sprouts, and shiso in a bowl, then plate. Add avocado and top with the dressed tuna.
