- 🐟 35g canned tuna in oil
Vegetables
- 🥬 120g grated daikon
- 20g kaiware sprouts
Condiments
- 1 1/2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of chili powder
BƯỚC
Grate the daikon and lightly squeeze out excess water. Cut the roots off the kaiware sprouts and halve them.
Mix ponzu sauce and soy sauce in a bowl to create the dressing.
Boil water in a pan and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain the water.
Plate the spaghetti, top with grated daikon, tuna, and kaiware sprouts. Sprinkle chili powder and pour the dressing over.
