Noodles
- 75g somen noodles
Protein
- 🐟 35g canned tuna in oil
- 1 pack natto
Vegetables
- 2 shiso leaves, sliced
Condiments
- 1 umeboshi, pitted and mashed
- 2 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu
- 💧 90ml water
BƯỚC
Slice the shiso leaves thinly and pit and mash the umeboshi.
Mix the mentsuyu and water in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot and cook the somen noodles according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Place the somen noodles in a serving dish and top with tuna, natto, and mashed umeboshi.
Pour the mentsuyu mixture over the noodles and garnish with sliced shiso leaves.
