- 🍚 400g cooked rice
Fish
- 🐟 200g fresh tuna
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves lettuce
- 25g radish sprouts
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Steak Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Garlic Rice Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🧈 20g salted butter

Season the tuna with salt and pepper.
Prepare the vegetables: shred lettuce, cut radish sprouts, and slice garlic thinly.
Mix mirin and soy sauce in a microwave-safe container and heat for 30 seconds at 600W.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until crispy, then remove garlic chips. Sear tuna on high heat until the surface changes color, then set aside.
Add rice to the pan and stir-fry on medium heat until coated with oil. Add garlic rice seasoning and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Slice the tuna steak and plate the garlic rice. Top with lettuce, radish sprouts, tuna steak, garlic chips, and drizzle steak sauce.
