Base
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
Protein
- 🐟 1 can oil-packed tuna (70g)
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Vegetable
- 🌱 5 okra pods (60g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Cut off the okra stems and slice into 5mm pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 40 seconds.
Mix the canned tuna with the seasonings (soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds).
Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, top with the tuna mixture, and place the egg yolk on top.
