Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (150g) tuna, drained
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp pancake mix
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot, finely chopped
- Chopped green onion to taste
- 1 chili, finely chopped

Drain the oil from the tuna can using the lid.
In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, 2 eggs, and 2 tbsp pancake mix.
Finely chop the vegetables (onion, carrot, green onion, chili) and add them to the bowl. Mix well.
Add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic to the mixture to reduce the fishy smell. If the mixture is too runny, add 1 more tbsp of pancake mix.
Heat a pan with enough oil and spoon the mixture onto the pan in small portions. Cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
