Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 150g canned tuna
- 2/3 cup kimchi
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ginger wine
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 cup water
- 1 pinch black pepper
BƯỚC
Mix all seasoning ingredients to prepare the sauce.
Heat a pan with a little oil and sauté sliced onion and chopped kimchi.
Place thickly sliced tofu neatly over the sautéed onion and kimchi.
Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the tofu.
Bring the sauce to a boil over medium heat, then cover and simmer on low heat.
Add drained canned tuna and chopped green onion on top.
Spoon the sauce over the tofu and tuna, simmer for 2 more minutes. Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
