- 150g somen noodles
Vegetables
- 🍅 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 🍋 30g lemon, diced
- 2 shiso leaves, torn
Protein
- 🐟 30g canned tuna
Condiments
- Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
- 80cc soy sauce base
- 💧 320cc water

Cut cherry tomatoes in half, slice cucumber, dice lemon, and tear shiso leaves.

Boil somen noodles, rinse with cold water, and drain.

Mix soy sauce base and water in a bowl.

Place noodles in a serving dish, top with cherry tomatoes, tuna, cucumber, lemon, and shiso leaves. Pour the sauce mixture over and drizzle with olive oil.
