- 200g pork belly block
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, to taste
Oil
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cornstarch
BƯỚC
Slice the pork belly into 1cm thick pieces.
Place pork in a storage bag, add seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, garlic paste, cornstarch), and massage. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice green onion.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add green onion, and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Place marinated pork in a microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Arrange bean sprouts and cabbage on a microwave-safe plate, pour the cooked pork and its juices over the vegetables, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onion and the cooked green onion from step 4. Serve warm.
