Seasoning
- 🐟 1 pack (2.5g) bonito flakes
- 3 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add dried wakame to rehydrate, then add bean sprouts and boil for about 1 minute. Drain and rinse under cold water, then squeeze out excess water.

In a bowl, combine the bean sprouts, wakame, bonito flakes, mentsuyu, and grated ginger. Toss well to mix.
