Main Ingredients
- 30g vermicelli
- 3 slices ham
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g)
- 🥕 4cm carrot (30g)
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Dressing
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
BƯỚC
Cut cucumber and carrot into thin strips. Rehydrate wakame in plenty of water. Cut vermicelli in half with kitchen scissors.
Cut ham in half and slice into thin strips.
Boil water in a pot, add vermicelli and carrot, and cook according to package instructions. Drain well.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil), cooked vermicelli, ham, cucumber, and wakame.
