- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
Eggs

Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 200 ml water

Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it until smooth.

In a pot, combine water, dashi powder, soy sauce, and cooked rice. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then add the dried wakame and simmer for 2 minutes.

Slowly pour the whisked egg into the pot in a circular motion. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 1 minute until the egg is set.
