Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water, then drain well. Cut the root off the wasabi greens and chop them into 3cm pieces. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water for 1–2 minutes, then drain.

In a bowl, combine the wasabi greens, onion, wakame, and seasonings (salt kombu, soy sauce, sesame oil). Toss well.
