- 🌿 40g cilantro
- 30g watercress
- 🥕 75g carrot, julienned
Nuts
- 🥜 10g chopped peanuts
Dressing
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut cilantro and watercress into 3cm pieces. Julienne the carrot using a slicer. Roughly chop the peanuts. Combine cilantro, watercress, and carrot in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients together.
Arrange the cilantro, watercress, and carrot on a plate. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top and drizzle the dressing over.
