    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
    • 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
    • 50ml water

Wrap tofu in kitchen paper and let it sit for 20 minutes to drain water. Mince the onion.

Cut the tofu in half horizontally and coat it with potato starch.

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan, add tofu, and pan-fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to a plate.

In the same pan, heat the remaining 0.5 tbsp olive oil, sauté minced onion over medium heat until softened, then add ground meat and cook until browned.

Add sauce ingredients (sake, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, and water) to the pan. Stir and simmer until the sauce thickens. Pour over the tofu and garnish with parsley.
