- 🦪 200g clams (purged)

- 🍥 150g silken tofu
- 🍗 90g ground chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
- 🥔 120g daikon radish
- 🥬 100g spinach
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp beef stock powder
- 💧 600ml water

Pour in water, sake, beef stock powder, and salt. Bring to a boil.
