Dough
- 250g bread flour
- 30g condensed milk or sugar/honey
- 🧂 4g salt
- 5g instant dry yeast
- 🥛 100g unsweetened yogurt
- 🥛 80g warm milk
- 🧈 25g unsalted butter
Filling
- 80g strawberry jam or preferred jam
Topping
- A sprinkle of bread flour

Combine all dough ingredients except butter in a bowl and knead for 5 minutes.
Add butter and knead for another 15–20 minutes until smooth.
Let the dough rise in a warm place (40°C) for 50 minutes for the first proofing.
Divide the dough into 16 equal portions and shape them into balls.
Cover the dough balls with plastic wrap and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Prepare a 20cm x 20cm square pan lined with parchment paper.
Flatten each dough ball with your palm and place 5g of jam in the center.
Arrange the filled dough balls in the pan and let them rise in a warm place (40°C) for 30 minutes for the second proofing.
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Lightly dust the dough balls with bread flour.
Lower the oven temperature to 150°C and bake for 12–15 minutes.
