    • 💧 500cc water
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder

Add fried tofu, mizuna, and green onion to the pot and simmer for about 3 minutes until the green onion is cooked.
