    • 600ml water
  • Spices

    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 1/2 tsp sansho pepper
    • 1/2 tbsp black sesame seeds
    • 2g bonito flakes
    • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
