- 🍜 1 bundle dried soba noodles
Vegetables
- 1 myoga
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 slices ginger
- 1 shiso leaf
Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 120 ml water
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
BƯỚC
Chop the myoga and shiso leaf into coarse pieces. Mince the ginger.
Mix all sauce ingredients (marked with ☆) in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for 2 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
Boil water in a pot and cook the soba noodles according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
Place the soba noodles on a serving tray, pour the chilled sauce into a bowl, and garnish with chopped vegetables and green onion.
