Main Ingredients
- 🎃 430g pumpkin
- 💧 A small amount of water
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Optional Ingredients
- 🧀 Cheese powder, optional
- 🍯 Honey, optional
चरण
Wash the pumpkin thoroughly using baking soda or similar.
Place the pumpkin with the stem side down on a plate, add a small cup of water, and microwave for 3 minutes.
If the pumpkin is still hard, microwave for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Cut the pumpkin into quarters and remove the seeds.
Slice the pumpkin into 1.5cm thick pieces.
Place the pumpkin slices in a disposable bag, add 2 tbsp of cooking oil, and shake well to coat.
Arrange the pumpkin slices in the air fryer and cook at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Flip the slices and cook for another 3 minutes at 180°C.
If not fully cooked, add 1–2 more minutes in the air fryer.
Serve as is or sprinkle with honey and cheese powder for added flavor.
