Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2.5 cups cooked rice
- 🥓 100g bacon, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 small onion, diced
- 🥒 1/3 zucchini, diced
- 🥕 20g carrot, diced
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
चरण
Prepare all ingredients by chopping bacon, onion, zucchini, and carrot into small pieces.
Heat a pan and add bacon. Cook until slightly crispy.
Add diced carrot to the pan and sauté until it becomes translucent.
Add zucchini and onion to the pan. Stir and cook until the onion turns translucent.
Add cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the vegetables and bacon.
Sprinkle curry powder over the rice and mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add 1 tbsp of butter and mix until melted and evenly distributed.
