- 🥒 100g cucumber, julienned
Condiments
- 2 tbsp kimchi base
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
चरण
Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water, drain, and squeeze out excess moisture.
Cut off the ends of the cucumber and julienne it into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix the kimchi base and sesame oil. Add the bean sprouts, cucumber, and white sesame seeds, then toss to combine.
