- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 6 cm daikon, grated
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seafood
- 50 g shirasu
Condiments
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
चरण
Place the bean sprouts and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Rinse under cold water, drain, and squeeze out excess water.
Grate the daikon and squeeze out the excess water.
In a bowl, combine the bean sprouts, grated daikon, shirasu, vinegar, and soy sauce. Mix well.
