Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Sesame Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌾 1 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
चरण
Slice the yellow bell pepper into thin strips.
In a bowl, add the beef, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and massage. Coat with potato starch.
In a separate bowl, mix all the sesame sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, sesame seeds).
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Then add the yellow bell pepper and sesame sauce, mixing well.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
