- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants
- 100g komatsuna (1/2 bunch)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 4g bonito flakes
चरण
Rub the beef with sake, salt, and pepper.
Cut the eggplants into bite-sized pieces and slice the komatsuna into 3cm widths, separating the leaves and stems.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the beef over medium heat until its color changes.
Add eggplants and komatsuna stems, stir-fry until softened, then add komatsuna leaves and stir briefly. Mix in the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry together.
