Main Ingredients
- 🥩 100g ground beef
- 🌿 1/2 cup soaked seaweed
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp Korean soy sauce
- 1/3 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
- 💧 4 cups water
Beef Marinade
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
चरण
Soak the seaweed in water until softened. If short on time, pour boiling water over it for 2 minutes.
Finely chop or use ground beef (100g). Marinate with garlic, mirin, pepper, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
Squeeze excess water from the soaked seaweed and chop it finely.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the marinated beef until browned.
Add the chopped seaweed to the pot and stir-fry for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Add cooked rice and 4 cups of water to the pot. Stir and bring to a boil.
Simmer until the rice breaks down and the porridge thickens. Add soy sauce and fish sauce, stir well, and serve.
