सामग्रियां
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Vegetables
- 1/2 block fried tofu (100g)
- 1/2 burdock root (90g)
- 🧅 1/3 green onion (50g)
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g)
- 1/2 pack konjac noodles (100g)
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 600ml water
चरण
Slice burdock root thinly while rotating it, soak in water, and drain. Slice green onion diagonally. Cut carrot into thin strips. Boil konjac noodles in water for 3 minutes, drain, and cut into shorter lengths.
Pour boiling water over fried tofu, pat dry, and cut into 8mm slices.
In a pot, combine water, dashi powder, burdock root, and carrot. Heat on medium until boiling, then cover and simmer on low for 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, fried tofu, konjac noodles, and green onion. Cover and simmer on medium-low for another 5 minutes.
Serve warm rice in bowls and pour the cooked mixture over the rice.
