चरण
Shred the cabbage and mix it with 1/4 tsp salt in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then squeeze out the excess water.
Combine the cabbage, tuna, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and pizza cheese in a bowl.
Cut the fried tofu along three edges, leaving one edge intact, and open it up. Stuff the tofu with the cabbage mixture.
Place the stuffed tofu in a frying pan and cook over medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
Cut the cooked tofu into bite-sized pieces and serve on a plate.
