सामग्रियां
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 carrot
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 1 piece ginger
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 50cc water
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
चरण
Cut the carrot lengthwise into halves, then slice into thin 5mm pieces. Trim the chives and cut into 3cm lengths. Slice the ginger into thin strips.
Heat salad oil and ginger in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add ground pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add carrot and stir-fry until softened. Add the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil.
Add chives and mix briefly. Add the cornstarch slurry and stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
