चरण
Remove the strings from the celery and cut it into bite-sized pieces, including the leaves.
Heat salad oil and sliced garlic in a frying pan over low heat.
Once the garlic becomes fragrant, add the celery and drained tuna can, then stir-fry over medium heat.
When the celery becomes tender, add sake and season with salt and pepper. Stir well and serve.
